Li-Min Hwang, M.D. joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2002. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and cares for his patients at our Clear Lake Medical Center.
Professional Background
Dr. Hwang earned his undergraduate and medical degree from the National Taiwan University College of Medicine. He completed residency programs at the National Taiwan University Hospital and at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, Penn., affiliated with Temple University. In addition, he earned a postgraduate degree of Master of Public Health in maternal and child health from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.

Dr. Hwang is married with three children. Every member of his family enjoys music and plays a musical instrument including piano, violin, viola, guitar, flute and the drums. He likes to work in his vegetable garden and has several tanks of tropical fish.
