Dr. Blair joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 1986. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedics and cares for his patients at our Main Campus, The Vintage and West Clinic locations.

Dr. Blair graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1971. He completed his residency in surgery in 1972 at Bexar County Hospital District and completed Orthopedics training in 1976.
